The Vampire Within: The Beginning, by Drew Silver (Global Book Publisher, 2006)

Here's a great vampire sory for anyone who thought they had seen them all.

College students dare to research vampire phenomena in return for a promise of enhanced intelligence, appearance, and health. However, as a result, they face terrible nausea, pain, and headaches, and ultimately face the vampire problem - bitten by one means you will become one.

This story is smoothly delivered. and again reminds us of how difficult it is for a skilled writer to attract the attention
of publishers that would stand to profit from publishing and promoting their works. For example, in this case, the
introduction of vampire story elenments into the modern college setting provides powerful potential for book sales, if not television serialization.

Meanwhile, while Silver waits patiently for the recognition he deserves (and writes the next two volumes in this trilogy), sit back and enjoy this volume,. It's well worth your recreational time.
